Constitution Day and Citizenship Day
September 17 is Constitution Day and Citizenship Day. This day celebrates the September 17, 1787 signing of the United States Constitution. Pursuant to legislation passed by Congress, all educational institutions receiving Federal funding are required to hold an educational program pertaining to the United States Constitution on September 17 of each year. Bristol University organizes a presentation and, as a college community, we discuss the importance of active citizenship and the U.S. Constitution.
Bristol University encourages eligible students to register to vote. Students may access the California Voter Registration website by logging onto pipeline and selecting “Register to Vote” on the Student Registration tab
